Home insurance, or homeowners insurance, is an insurance policy that combines insurance on the home, its contents, loss of use (additional living expenses) and, often, the other personal possessions of the homeowner, as well as liability insurance for accidents that may happen at the home.The cost of homeowners insurance scales upward depending on what it would cost to replace the house, and which additional "riders", meaning additional items to be insured, are attached to the policy. The insurance policy itself is a lengthy contract, and names what will and what will not be paid in the case of various events. Typically, claims are ''not'' paid due to earthquakes, floods, "Act of God|Acts of God", or war (whose definition typically includes a nuclear explosion from any source). Special insurance can be purchased for these possibilities, including flood insurance and earthquake insurance.Most insurers charge less if it appears less likely the home will be damaged or destro! yed: for example, if the house is situated next to a fire engine|fire station, or if the house is equipped with fire sprinklers and fire alarms.In the United States, most home buyers borrow money in the form of a mortgage, and the mortgage lender always requires that the buyer purchase homeowners insurance as a condition of the loan, in order to protect the bank if the home were to be destroyed. Anyone with an insurable interest in the property should be listed on the policy.

Evanovich writes with a cookie cutter instead of a PC keyboard. This novel is so formulaic you'll go back to see if it's already in your collection. You may smile or slightly chuckle at a turn of a phrase--but that occurs about every 100 pages. And the book is about 300 pages, so the math is evident. Evanovich has sniffed at reviewers who've questioned whether she is just churning this stuff out on auto-pilot.The paragraphs seem like they are produced the way a butcher shoves sausage through a grinder. And grind is a perfect word for Hot Six.

Tilt slab is a type of building, and a construction technique using concrete. These buildings are also called Tilt-ups.In this method a flat concrete pad is poured that forms the foot print of a new building. The pad is allowed to cure and then the concrete walls are poured, lying down, on top of the pad. Once the walls are cured they are tilted from horizontal to vertical with a crane and secured.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), post-viral fatigue syndrome (PVFS) and various other names, is a disorder of the central nervous system (CNS) characterized by a number of features, the most common and notable one being severe fatigue (physical)|fatigue, usually made worse by even modest exertion. It is regarded by many as an organic brain disease. Its exact cause is unknown, although many theories have been advanced, and it is currently considered by most authorities to be incurable, although some cases may resolve over time and medication can bring a degree of relief in some others.

Antica Fattoria La Parrina is a large winery and farm close to the Italian town of Orbetello in the province of Grosseto, Tuscany. The estate comprises 4.5 square kilometres (1,112 acres), of which less than a quarter is allocated to wine production, although the vineyards represent the vast majority of the Parrina Denominazione di Origine Controllata. Although grape cultivation here probably dates back to the Roman ? or even the Etruscan ? era, La Parrina's history can be traced back to the early nineteenth century when a daughter of the Strozzi family married into a notable Florentine family, the Giuntinis. In 2005, the estate was still in the hands of the Giuntinis, with the marchesa Franca Spinola as the current owner. The geography is typical of Mediterranean scrubland, with sea breezes and hot summers, and rainfall largely occurring in spring and autumn.Grape varieties grown at La Parrina are Trebbiano, Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Ansonica, ! and other white varieties. The wine obtained in the province of Grosseto from the Ansonica grape was awarded the Denominazione di Origine Controllata|DOC "Ansonica Costa dell'Argentario" in 1995.In addition to wine, La Parrina produces fruit, vegetables, Mediterranean plants, cheese, honey, vinegar and olive oil. It is also an Agriturismo.

This is probably one of the better cheap monitors around for a general purpose home pc. I found it a breeze to put together and install with the CD being easy to follow. It also has good quality (albeit small) speakers which have an input for a subwoofer but on the downside no input for headphones. It has a glare prevention coating which works pretty well too. As I got it as a freebie throw in for a cheap 2nd home pc ( a compaq) I have absolutely no complaints. Of course it isn't a thin LCD screen but you can't expect one for its price. If you want good simple and cheap ( and don't need big speakers or a thin flat screen) then this monitor has a tick in every box. It is also very nice looking with a modern metallic grey look unlike some of the ugly plastic CRT monotors out there.
